Financial Policy

At El Paso Endodontics, we are committed to providing the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients.  Payment relative to that care is due at the time service is rendered, unless payment arrangements have been approved in advance by our financial coordinator or office manager.

Patient Billing

For your convenience, we accept payment in the form of cash, personal check debit card and/or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).  Checks are electronically withdrawn from your account at the time of payment.  If your bank is not equipped to electronically withdraw funds, your check will be manually deposited that evening.  Naturally, returned checks will be subject to an additional fee.  If a payment program has been arranged in advance, it is your responsibility to fulfill the obligation in a timely manner.  Failure to do so will incur late fees.  Further delays will eventually incur extraordinary collection fees or court fees.  If at any time you have questions regarding your account, we encourage you to contact us at (915) 584-2600.  Many times, a simple telephone call is all that’s needed to clear any misunderstandings.

Our front office staff will do everything they can to assist those of you with dental insurance.  Please remember, however, that you are the one ultimately responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
