Scheduling

El Paso Endodontics is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am until 5:00pm and Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm.  We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible or at a later time if that is more convenient for you.  If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting.  Unfortunately, experience has shown us that whenever patients show up late, Dr. Angulo still sees them, but, as a result, has a greater chance of falling behind.  The good news is that such instances are not very common.  But, with this in mind, please try to arrive early enough that we can seat you at your appointed time.  Additionally, bear in mind that one of the reasons that Dr. Angulo is so popular is that he spends quality time with every patient, listening to their concerns, thoroughly explaining the problem and/or the treatment and, in general, making each patient feel comfortable and valued.  This special attention is something you will notice from the moment you enter our office and are greeted by the receptionist to the moment you complete arrangements with the financial coordinator or office manager.  Such “concierge” treatment takes time and, though the time is built into the schedule, sometimes it may run a little longer than originally planned.  Please keep this in mind on those rare occasions that the receptionist finds it necessary to inform you of a delay.  Rest assured that you will soon be afforded the same attention once you are seated.  Finally, it should be noted that emergencies do arise and every effort is being taken to see to those patients’ needs, as well.  As always, we appreciate your understanding and patience.

We expect our patients to value their appointment time as much as we do.  If there is any reason that you feel you cannot make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you contact us more than a full 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule and allow us sufficient time to offer your old appointment to someone else.  Patients who fail to give us a day’s notice will, in most cases, be charged a fee in order to reschedule with our office.

Please call (915) 584-2600 with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
